At Snowbee, we understand how frustrating it can be to you as a user for a product to fail ahead of its expected lifetime. So that we can offer the best, speedy customer service we can, please register your products below and take note of the T&Cs.

Products that qualify for warranty extensions when registered.

• FLY RODS: Original Purchaser Lifetime Guarantee
• FLY REELS: 5 Years
• FISHING BAGS & LUGGAGE: 2 Years
• FLOAT TUBES: 3 Years

Products must be registered within 30 days of purchase. All other products carry a 1-year manufacturers guarantee as required by law.

If registering a fly rod, please use the form below. If registering another product, please temporarily email us with a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) on [email protected] so we can take a record. A new form is currently under construction.

Extended product warranty/guarantee terms and conditions

If within the first 12 months from the date of purchase (proof required), and if, in the opinion of Snowbee, the failure is due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, our normal manufacturer's 1-year guarantee will apply and will normally be replaced free of charge.

To validate an extended warranty, if applicable, details of the product and the purchaser must be registered within 30 days of original purchase. Failure to register a purchase will invalidate any extended warranty claims.

Extended warranties are limited to the original purchaser and are not transferable to future owners. Issues from wear and tear are not covered under the terms of guarantee.

Should the product be discontinued, it will normally be replaced with a current model up to a similar value, alternatively there is the option to 'trade up' to a product of a higher value by paying the difference in value between the two products plus a postage and handling fee (product dependent). The maximum value covered by this warranty is the price paid and not the original SRP.
