Original Purchaser Lifetime Guarantee

For peace of mind, Snowbee fly rods come with an Original Purchaser Lifetime Guarantee

This guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to future owners. In order to implement this guarantee, details of the purchase and the purchaser must be registered with SM GROUP (Europe) Ltd, or appointed agent in the country of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. Failure to register your purchase will invalidate the guarantee.

If, during the lifetime of the original purchaser, the rod should break or fail for whatever reason, simply reply to the registration confirmation email with a concise description of the issue, including section required (Click here for help with section identification) and picture of the failure, a representative will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Alternatively complete the Section replacement service form or contact Snowbee direct, payment will then be taken for the appropriate handling and postage fee (Click here to view the rod pricing matrix) If this is within the first 12 months from the date of purchase and only if, in the opinion of Snowbee, or the appointed agent, the failure is due to a manufacturing fault or material defect, the normal manufacturer’s 1-year guarantee will apply and the rod or section, would normally be replaced free of charge.

Should the rod part in question be discontinued, it will normally be replaced with a current model up to a similar value, alternatively there is the option to ‘trade up’ to a rod of a higher value this includes paying the handling, and postage fee (Click here to view the rod pricing matrix) plus the difference in value between the two models. Please note, however, that in the case of discontinued models, if purchased at a discount, in a clearance sale for example, the maximum value covered by this guarantee is the price paid and not the original RRP.

In all cases, if the customer is unable to provide an acceptable proof of purchase, showing the price paid for the rod, then the maximum guaranteed value applicable, will be our last sale price for that particular model.
