International Delivery (EU)
Available to selected EU countries only. £25 will be charged at checkout, then on receiving your order an accurate shipping cost will be calculated and any difference will be refunded to you. Due to length and hazardous restrictions some items may not be available for online shipping.

International Delivery (USA)
Snowbee products are currently sold in the United States through Amazon, please visit our US site snowbee-fishing.com for more information.
Collections
Collections can only be made during office hours. (09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Excluding Bank Holidays.)
Please await for your "Order ready to collect" email before travelling to pickup your order.
Collections can only be made from Snowbee Click & Collect at SMG, Mercator House, 22 Brest Road, Plymouth, Devon. PL6 5XP. See Map.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel within this time, any payments that you have made will be refunded to you in full within 28 days.
Returns
Products need to be returned 'as new' in a saleable condition with the original packaging and accessories. The cost of the item will be refunded however shipping may not be refunded. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund.
