The new Snowbee Geo utilises the very latest thinking in material technology. The ultra lightweight Nylon Dobby outer shell is laminated to our Vapour-tec breathable membrane plus an inner 30D Poly tricot lining for durability.

DWR Treatment
The outer shell is treated with a 3M DWR (Durable Water Repellent)
finish. This chemical treatment forces water molecules to ‘bead up’
and roll off the surface of the fabric, which enhances the waterresistant properties and keeps the fabric light, by not soaking up water. This super-durable application will retain its properties, even after repeated use and washings.

Classic Breathable Jackets & Trousers
The original lightweight breathable waterproofs from Snowbee. For over 10 years anglers have relied on our top quality Vapour-Tec‚ breathable material, renowned for its performance and total reliability. These lightweight waterproofs are ideal as a summer-weight garment but can be layered on top of your fleece and other base-layer clothing during the colder months, for total flexibility.
Snowbee Vapour-Tec® is a true outdoor fabric. The key to its enhanced performance and unmatched comfort is in the advanced TPU microporous laminate. TPU is a Hydrophilic membrane, the structure of which allows moisture to be wicked away from the body and transferred through the fabric to the outside in the evaporated state. The micro-pores in the TPU laminate are large enough to allow moisture vapour (perspiration) out, but far too small to allow water molecules in, making the fabric totally waterproof.
This breathable membrane is laminated to a tough outer shell, combining softness with strength and wind-resistance. As you warm up inside the garment, the air inside becomes hot and humid, relative to that outside. This raises the vapour pressure inside which forces moisture, in the form of perspiration and condensation, through the PU Breathable membrane, leaving you cool and dry all day long.

Our original fleece head-over has been a top-seller for nearly ten years, but it was due an update. The new model features soft, hi-stretch 300g anti-pill fleece with an elasticated draw cord and toggle-lok, so it can be drawn in as required, to keep out the wind and cold.
This versatile garment is more practical than a scarf, as it can be worn around the neck, as a muffler, pulled up over the ears, mouth and nose for additional warmth, or worn as a ‘beanie’, with the draw cord pulled in tight.

Made from a high-tech, double layer knitted fabric, consisting of a permeable polyamide inner layer to wick moisture quickly away from the skin, with a cotton outer layer, which absorbs moisture and allows it to quickly evaporate.

Over the years, we have tried just about every type of material to make a true ‘Tropics’ shirt, which will keep you cool, look smart and be easy to wash and dry on an extended fishing trip. They all have their shortfalls; 100% synthetic “technical fabrics” might keep you cool in windy conditions on the flats, but anywhere else, they are like wearing a bin-bag. 100% cotton may keep you cool, but it absorbs, rather than wicking perspiration away and looks scruffy within half a day.
What the seasoned travel angler needs is a shirt which keeps you cool, retains its smart appearance and can be washed in the shower at the end of a long, hot day, hung up to dry overnight and put back on in the morning, still looking good. The new Snowbee ‘Flats’ shirts tick all the boxes.

Our Snowbee Fishing Shirts go back to first principles – cool comfort. Having tried all the latest nylon & polyester ‘technical fabrics’ we came to the conclusion that these are fine stood on the deck of a flats boat with a cooling breeze, but in more temperate climates are like standing in a bin-bag! Our technically advanced Poly/Cotton fibre speeds up body moisture absorption, wicking it quickly to the outside, where it can evaporate. To assist this process, the top half of the shirt is lined with a fine mesh, which allows free air passage to prevent the outer material sticking to the skin. The back of the shirt has 2 side shoulder flaps, plus a full width back flap, opening onto the mesh liner.

Wide Brim 'Ranger' Hat
With the increasing awareness of the harmful effects of too much sun, we are frequently asked for a Wide Brimmed Fishing Hat…well here it is. Baseball caps are fine, but offer little protection to the ears and back of the neck. Our hat solves that problem in a stylish & practical way & is treated with an anti-UV agent for maximum protection.
When we sent the material sample to the SGS Laboratory for testing, it went off the scale! It actually came back with an ‘actual’ UPF (Ultra-Violet Protection Factor) of 2569 allowing just 0.03% of UVA and 0.04% of UVB to pass through! Unfortunately, the ‘official’ rating system only goes up to a factor 50+…the equivalent of wearing Factor 50 Sunscreen, so we had to settle for this!
Made from a tough 10oz Cotton Duck material, which breathes naturally for summer coolness. Treated with DuPont Teflon for water resistance, this hat will also keep you dry in a downpour. Complete with an adjustable chin-strap for windy conditions, which can be tucked away inside the hat with a neat Velcro strap. Has a second Velcro pocket inside the hat crown for fishing licence etc.
Hat sizes are given in INCHES which is the “head diameter”. To measure your size, use a tape measure & measure the circumference of your head, loosely, running the tape just above the ears and approx. 1” above the eyebrows. Then refer to the chart below for your correct size.

13124 Snowbee SFT Neoprene Gloves
Unlike traditional neoprene construction where the seams are butt glued & blind stitched, this new technique uses new technology to weld the seams together and then apply an ultra thin, highly elastic tape. This results in a 100% waterproof, seamless product.
The neoprene used is a new 4-way high-stretch, 100% CR neoprene, but only 1mm thick, so for the first time you can have a neoprene fishing glove, which is a good tight fit, but ultra thin, allowing you to feel everything…. and remain 100% dry.
To give added grip, without bulk, the palms & finger panels on the gloves are screen printed with a silicone ink, which provides a totally flat surface, but gives amazing grip and feel, even when wet.
