Comes with stand, two fuel pans with heat adjustment, cooking pan, lid with adjustable smoke vent, drip tray and grill. Packs away neatly for convenient storage. Quick and efficient hot smoking of fish, meats, poultry etc, cooks and smokes in one process, so fish is ready in as little as 15 minutes.

Top quality, kiln dried English wood dusts - 100% natural and sustainably sourced, ensuring you get the best smoke flavour, every time. Suitable for both Hot and Cold smokers. Packed in re-sealable 250g bags- sufficient for 4 or 5 full smokings. The smoker dust is finer than chippings and burns slowly giving even more flavour. Smoking has been a traditional way of preserving food, stretching back thousands of years, where our ancestors discovered that hanging meats and fish up close to a fire, extended the time they remianed fresh. Over the centuries, the smoking technique has been refined and we now have two basic smoking methods; Cold Smoking, as used for salmon, where the food is only smoked but not cooked; and Hot Smoking where the cooking and smoking process take place together.

Snowbee has been making its famous Smoker Cooker for over 30 years and in all that time, little has changed in this superb design, as we got it just right, from the start. Manufactured from corrosion-ressistant grade 430 stainless steel to provide many years of smoking service. The 18/0 material, has a high nickel content, making it hard, tough and stain-resistant. The base uses a black, electroforming process, for a tough, corrosion-ressistant finish. Many have attempted to copy this original design but beware of cheaper imitations, which use inferior grade materials and are not truly stainless.
